These terms apply when you use softhubkey.store, request a quote or buy from SoftHubKey. Please read them before you order.
1. Who we are
The website softhubkey.store is run by SoftHubKey (“we”, “us”), based in New Mexico, United States. You can reach us at contact@softhubkey.store.
2. Our products
- We sell digital products: software licences and subscriptions, game keys and add-ons, and digital gift cards. Nothing is shipped physically.
- We are a reseller, not the publisher. The right to use a product is granted by its publisher or issuer under their own licence terms and terms of use, which you accept when you activate it.
- Each product page states the product’s platform, activation region, licence type, duration where relevant and delivery method. Before you buy, check that the product suits your device, account and country. Some products can only be activated in certain regions or on certain platforms.
3. Quotes and orders
- A quote we send by email is valid for the period it states, or 14 days if it states none, and is subject to availability until you pay.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or deliver the product, whichever comes first.
- We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of anything you paid, if a product is unavailable, if a price was shown in error or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any taxes that apply to your order are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
- To protect customers from fraud, we may verify an order before delivering it, which can delay delivery, and we may ask you for additional information.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally, by email and in your account, together with activation instructions. Each product page shows its expected delivery time. If we cannot deliver a product you have paid for, we refund you in full.
6. Activation and use
- Keep your codes private: anyone who has a code can usually redeem it. We cannot replace a code that someone else has redeemed after it was delivered to you.
- Products are sold for your own use or your organisation’s internal use. They may not be resold unless we have agreed to it in writing.
7. Refunds and replacements
Our Refund Policy explains when a product is replaced or refunded. It is part of these terms. It does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the website to commit fraud, to pay with a payment method you are not authorised to use, to interfere with the website’s operation or security, or to collect data from it by automated means. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders that break these rules.
10. Trademarks and content
The text, design and layout of this website belong to SoftHubKey. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. SoftHubKey is an independent reseller; the mention of a product or brand does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by its owner, unless we state otherwise for that product.
11. Warranties and liability
- Products are covered by our Refund Policy and by any warranty their publisher provides. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, the website and its content are provided “as is”, without other warranties.
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
